🧾 Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close in line with the Group Reporting Manual

📊 Prepare and post journals, perform account reconciliations and produce quarterly & ad-hoc reports

🔍 Ensure lease movements comply with BP policies, local GAAP and IFRS standards

🤝 Respond to queries related to accounts, reconciliations and analyses in a timely manner

🔄 Provide backup support for Senior Analysts and Subject Matter Experts

🌱 Support process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives

📚 Adhere to GBS Quality Management System (QMS) requirements

🤝 Build and maintain strong working relationships within the team to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Ongoing university studies in Hungary, preferably in Finance or Accounting

📈 1–2 years of experience in a Finance-related role is an advantage

📘 Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS is a plus

📜 Chartered Accountant qualification (ongoing) is an advantage

🧠 Strong analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
