Thank you for visiting our website. Please allow us to inform you about the whistleblowing process and related information.
Whistleblowing is an important social tool that allows individuals to report any illegal or harmful activities they may observe in connection with PannonDiák Student Cooperative.
Such reports help uncover misconduct, ensure accountability of those responsible, and preserve safety and fairness.
Our whistleblowing system is available to all our employees, clients, and contracted partners.

Please note: if you do not provide an email address, we cannot inform you about the progress of the investigation. If you wish to remain anonymous, we recommend creating a separate, non-identifiable email account and using your browser in incognito mode.
- In writing via email to visszaelesbejelentes@pannondiak.hu.
Similarly, for anonymous submissions, please create a non-identifiable email address and use incognito browsing.
- Verbally — by phone or in person (by appointment) with Dr. Krisztián Bölcskei, the case handler responsible for investigating reports, at + 36 31 781 2012.
A report may be submitted regarding any unlawful or suspected unlawful act or omission, including:
- Fraud
- Legal violations
- Corruption
- Unfair behavior
- Breach of ethical rules
- Violation of any law or regulation
- Unsafe working environment
- Violation of company policies
- Discrimination
- Any form of harassment or intimidation
- Or any other behavior that harms the company and may cause financial or non-financial loss.
Please note: if it becomes apparent that a report was made in bad faith or contains false information suggesting a crime or offense, we are obliged to share the reporter’s personal data with the authorities or person authorized to conduct proceedings.
