Tasks
  • Support customer service processes and daily administrative tasks

  • Handle customer-related documentation and data management

  • Assist the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and support ongoing projects

Expectations
  • Active student status

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong understanding of Customers’ needs / behaviors

  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications

Preference
  • Experience in using SAP, Excel and/or Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience in Customer service or a telephone environment preferred.

Co offer
  • Gross salary: 2,145 HUF/hour

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days/week from the office, 3 days/week from home
